Mild epiphany on reading these (and surrounding) words: In the scientific method, there are truths, and truer truths.



No! Truth is absolute, wrong is relative. Asimov gives it away in the title. There are wrongs, and more wrong wrongs. We simply refine our knowledge to be less wrong and (maybe asymptotically) approach the truth.
